When there is more than one subscription license file, it may be difficult to determine which license is appropriate.

This article explains how to identify the appropriate subscription license file.

The license file descriptions are named with the sales order number as part of the name.

The order number is listed on the email notification that the download recipient receives when the order is processed.

If the person downloading the software is not the person that was sent the notification, they can check the Order History in ESD (Electronic Software Download) to see the latest order.
