This is expected behavior.
Resolution
The JKS keystore was loaded successfully.  The warning can be ignored.

This is a warning message that the JVM prints when it loads a JKS keystore.  The default format used in Java was JKS until Java 8. Since Java 9, the default keystore format changed to PKCS12.  Since HDP is still using the JKS format, the JVM is giving that warning message when loading the keystore.
