Question/Problem Description
Inconsistent behavior port value is not provided when connecting with the Connect for ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol Driver.

When calling SQLConnect with a DSN that does not include a value for PORT in the DSN configuration, the driver will connect successfully.

When calling SQLDriverConnect (with SQL_DRIVER_NOPROMPT) using a connection string that contains DSN, UID, PWD, and additional connect options, but without PORT, the connection fails.

Fix in hotfix version 7.1.349 and 8.0.2168
