To create the custom Salesfore ODBC driver installer with option to use the driver with SQL Engine Mode as Server on windows.

1. Install the Salesforce ODBC driver service using the following command.
  • salesforceserver.exe /install 
2. Start the Salesforce ODBC driver service either from the windows services or from the ODBC datasource.   
  • Select the SQL Engine tab.
  • Set the SQL Engine Mode as Server.
  • Select Edit Server settings.
  • Click on start for Services.
