PostgreSQL database 10.7 is supported by PostgreSQL ODBC Driver 7.1 but it is not certified at this time.
At this time, only PostgreSQL 10.1 is certified by PostgreSQL ODBC Driver 7.1.  The certified build is 07.16.0291.
