Question/Problem Description
Is the SELECT INTO clause supported with the Connect for ODBC MongoDB driver version 8.0?  It used to work with version 7.1

The product documentation indicates that this syntax is supported.

Cause
Due to significant changes to the driver's SQL Engine, the SELECT INTO clause is no longer supported.  The documentation for version 8.0 was not modified to reflect this change
Resolution
A defect was submitted to address the incorrect documentation.
Workaround
It is possible to use a SELECT clause within an INSERT INTO clause in order to achieve the same effect.

For example:

INSERT INTO tableb SELECT * FROM tablea
