Question/Problem Description
The errors below are returned when installing OpenAccess ODBC Client on a 64-bit Linux OS.

Enhancement Number
Cause
The installer contains a 32-bit rscshell executable and the OS does not have 32-bit system libraries installed by default, so rscshell cannot run.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix installers dated November 6, 2019 and later.
Refer to article OpenAccess SDK hot fix download and install instructions for instructions on how to download and install the hot fix.
Workaround
Install the 32-bit system libraries on the Linux machine.
