The HDP On-Premises Connector supports multiple installations on the same machine with the caveat that installing additional connectors on the same machine could result in performance issues if each individual connector is handling many simultaneous connections with heavy data throughput.

The documentation for On-Premises Connector resource requirements assumes a single installation. If additional On-Premises Connectors are installed, the resource requirements may need to be increase accordingly. Even when the documented resources are increased there could still be network bandwidth limitations that affect performance.
