Question/Problem Description

On AIX, the Driver Manager failed to use the odbcinst.ini file when the application was complied with xlc and the Trace keyword is set to 0.

Steps to Reproduce1. Compile the application using xlc
2. disable Trace in odbc.ini
3. Run the dsnless application
