Question/Problem Description
When the application binds data using an array of parameters of size greater than 200, and the data source configures BulkLoadBatchSize=1024, why are 200 rows at a time sent to Salesforce?

The ODBC trace shows the correct size for the parameter array.
Driver Java logs show a batch size of 200.

Cause
This is a Salesforce API limitation.
Resolution
There is a Salesforce API limit on the number of records that can be sent in a batch. The size limit is 200: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_asynch.meta/api_asynch/asynch_api_concepts_limits.htm

The driver uploads multiple batches of inserts to Salesforce with each batch size being 200 records.
