Question/Problem Description
The driver is expecting SQL_NULL_DATA (-1) as length indicator, and when it retrieves NULL data using SQLGetData, the driver sets the pcbValue pointer to -1 and returns it to the driver manager.
The value gets changed to 0 by the driver manager and 0 is returned to the application.

The pcbValue was being overwritten in the driver manager.
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 07.16.0263.
