Question/Problem Description
After upgrading from version 7.1.4 to 7.1.6, SQLRowCount() reports invalid results Problem only occurs when using a Unicode application.

SQLRowCount() reports a value of 0 instead of the correct value related to the number of affected rows.

Cause
This behavior is a result of a regression in the Driver Manager related to Unicode data parameters.
Resolution
Fixed in 07.16.0228
