For JDBC, the enhancement has been implemented only in the v6.1 MongoDB JDBC driver. 
Fixed in hot fix 6.1.0.000365 (C4171.F001386.U000709)

For ODBC, the enhancement has been implemented only in the v8.1 MongoDB ODBC driver. 
Fixed in hot fix 08.10.0024 (B0949, U0695, J000365)
