Question/Problem Description
Unable to return an empty zero-length blob using OpenAccess SDK third party SQL Engine IP code.

When the value is NULL the client receives a NULL value. When there’s actual data (bytes > 0) then actual data is returned. It’s when the value isn’t NULL but the byte length is zero then the row is never returned.
