Question/Problem Description
The error below is returned when test connecting to Oracle 12c Database Cloud Service.
Steps to Reproduce
Clarifying Information
Error Message[DataDirect][ODBC Oracle Wire Protocol driver][Oracle]Unexpected Network Error.

Enhancement Number
Cause
The driver was not properly handling the database server's logon request. 
Resolution
Fixed in hot fix 08.02.2210 (B0448, U0308).
