Why do browsers report the Hybrid Data Pipeline web UI as not secure or invalid?

Cause
Hybrid Data Pipeline comes with a self-signed SSL certificate by default.  Some browsers treat this as invalid or not secure due to the nature of self-signed certificates.
Resolution
Upgrade HDP and supply an SSL certificate.
