If you have not yet purchased a DataDirect product and have an inquiry, please contact our Sales team for assistance.

There are 3 ways to contact DataDirect SupportLink:

To speak with a Technical Support Engineer, please contact us by phone. Please use this option for critical issues where immediate assistance is desired.
Log and manage your issues with SupportLink Online.
Submit the form below. A search will be performed on our Knowledgebase, and you will be given the option to continue submitting a new support issue if no resolution is found.
